Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Netherlands: 1–3 business days
European Union: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
