Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@vierafragrances.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Personalized or custom-made products
Gift cards
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
Fragrance products where the protective seal has been broken
Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return your original order and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@vierafragrances.com within the 14-day period.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
